For perfumes and scented products, fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person, including according to skin chemistry, temperature, environment, and individual sensitivity.
Fragrance descriptions and fragrance notes are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee that a particular scent will meet a customer's personal preferences.
Packaging, presentation, or certain product details may also be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, availability, and quantities, as well as to discontinue products at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.
Automatic confirmation that your order has been received does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order in justified circumstances, including lack of stock, obvious pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment-related issues, or inability to complete delivery.
If an order that has already been paid for is canceled by Milena Shinozaki Store, the corresponding refund will be issued according to the payment method used and applicable rules.
Please carefully review the products, quantities, shipping address, and all other information before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Returns and exchanges will be handled exclusively in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed in our store are stated in Japanese yen (JPY/¥) and, unless otherwise indicated, include applicable consumption tax.
Prices, promotions, coupons, and discounts may be changed without prior notice.
The applicable price will be the price displayed at the time the order is completed.
Any additional charges, such as shipping fees, Cash on Delivery fees, or other applicable charges, will be presented to the customer according to the conditions of the purchase.
Available payment methods may include:

- Bank transfer;
- Cash on Delivery (代金引換 / COD);
- Other payment methods that may be made available at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), a fee of ¥1,280 may apply.
For bank transfers, any bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information and for having authorization to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We provide delivery to the regions indicated as eligible in our store.
Orders of ¥15,000 or more may qualify for free shipping according to the conditions displayed at checkout.
For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and products purchased and will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
After the order and payment have been confirmed, processing will normally take place within the timeframe specified in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, periods of high demand, natural disasters, logistical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, failure to collect the package, or other circumstances attributable to the recipient may require payment of an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

However, all purchases made through Milena Shinozaki Store are transactions directly between the customer and Milena Shinozaki Store, operated by 株式会社G-STYLE.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Milena Shinozaki Store.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify will not be responsible for obligations directly related to the sale of products by Milena Shinozaki Store.
